Vertical Mixing Vessel

1 off - USED 1100 gallon (5000 litre) nominal capacity vertical cylindrical mild steel mixing vessel measuring 5'-8" dia x 7'-0 " straight shell height plus 8" deep conical bottom and flat top. Free standing on 4 off - 4" x 4" RHS legs giving 21 1/4" clearance under cone.
Agitation by a Renold size 7" gearbox, ratio 49/2 giving an output speed of 59 rpm, when driven at 1450 rpm input, driving 2 off - 2 bladed pitched paddles of approx. 4'-6" dia. angled at 45 degrees. Blades are 4" x 1/2" section flat bar.

TOP : 1 x 28" x 15" manhole
3 x 2" BSP sockets
BOTTOM : 1 x 2" BSP socket
FULL CAPACITY : 1130 GALLON
