1 off - Used 1500 gallon (6820 L) nominal capacity 321 grade stainless steel vertical cylindrical   mixing vessel measuring 6'-10 3/4" I/D x 6'-10 1/2" straight shell height with a flat bolt on 2/3rd lid and a flat bottom.  Supported on 4 off - brackets to upper shell..Agitation is by a Transchem type VOTE model 419, 6 bladed,reverse angle, axial flow turbine  2'-10" dia. with blades from 6 3/4" x 3/8" flat bar pitched at approx. 60 deg. to the horz., mounted on a 3" dia. shaft.  Driven by an 15kW Electropower geared motor model ESRV4SS with an output speed of 103 RPM.  4 off - internal baffles from 8" x 3/16" flat bar are set 1" off wall.
