1 off - Used 50 Gallon (225 L) High Speed 304 Stainless Steel Dispersion Mill manufactured by Kady International of America model OCV. Driven by a 2 speed 30/15 HP motor, 2935/1465 rpm driving via belts to an underdriven slotted rotor of 1 3/4" dia. rotating within a slotted stator of 7" dia., giving a peripheral speed of approximately 6500 ft/min. Fixed to the stator is a baffle of 4" x 5 1/2" section. Mixing chamber measures 23 3/4" I/D x  3' - 1 1/2" shell height plus 3 1/2" deep dished end.
The mixer is fully jacketed for heating/cooling and has its own water circulating pump, heating, cooling and temperature control facility. Complete with hot water electrically heated storage tank.
The mixer is capable of vacuum duty with a suitable endcover.
Used for production of fine emulsions, dispersions and suspensions using the principle of "impact and attrition" through the slotted head and rotor.
Previously used for the production of Mascara.

Outlet - via 2" butterfly valve
1/2" BSPS for the thermopocket.
All mounted onto a mobile castored base.
