1 off- Used 5.1 tonne Chocolate mixing vessel or 900 gal (4090 L) jacketed Chocolate mixing vessel measuring 5'- 6 1/2" O/D x 6'- 6 1/2" straight shell height with a flat bottom and a bolt on flat top. Tank is jacketed to full shell height and the bottom with a 2" deep base. Heating is provided for the hot water circulation by 2off- Rendring immersion heaters and 2 off Grundfos water circulating pumps.

Agitation is by a 2.5HP Motorgear geared motor driving a David Brown size 8 worm and wheel gearbox giving a final speed of 4RPM to a 3" dia. shaft fitted with 3 off- 2 bladed pitched full sweep paddles fabricated from 2" angle with the bottom blade acting as a "scraper".
