Ronningen Self-Cleaning Filters DCF800

3 off - Used 2" stainless steel Ronningen self cleaning air operated filter model: DCF800
(Ex plastisol use).
At present the filter has a a very fine 0.004" imperial inch filter screen = 0.102mm =102 micron
NB,...Screens of different size are available but at extra cost.
The filter self cleans by stroking a linear air cylinder, fitted with a "plastic" disc inside the screen, from the top to the bottom of the screen and removes oversize product to the conical base of the filter where it can discharged via a manual or auto valve.
A Manufacturers (USER's MANUAL) is available,.covering Models; 400,800&1600 Filter systems.

Air Supply: 60 PSI (413.7 kPa) minimum at 5 cfm (141.5 L/min)
120 PSI (827.4 kPa) maximum at cfm (141.5 L/min)
Design Pressure: 150 PSI (1034.2 kPa) maximum
Operating Inlet Pressure: 30 PSI (206.8 kPa) minimum

Station Volume: 14.8 L
Contaminant Purge Volume: .74 L per purge
