3 off? - Used 0.55KW stainless steel high speed rotor/stator mixers driven by a 0.55KW, 2950rpm electric motor driving a 25mm dia. x 438mm long shaft. The stator head is 56mm I/D x 62mm long with 6 off - elongated holes 13 x 17mm in the top backplate. Stator is held in position with 2 off -14mm dia. bars. Rotor has 4 off - helical blades 44mm long positioned 18mm from end of the stator. An adjustable baffle plate, 150mm dia, from PVC, can be slid away from the back of the stator to adjust the flow of homogenised liquid through the back of the stator holes.
Mixer needs to be supported from the motor or alternatively an elevating frame could be made.
