2.2KW SS IBC Collapsible Agitator/Mixer

1 off - Used Euromixers manufacture, IBC collapsible agitator/mixer, model LBC-220 driven by a 2.2kW, 1,445rpm TEC motor driving a gearbox of ratio 6.07/1, giving a final output speed of 238 rpm. Unit is provided with a motor stop/start contactor & a flying cable lead & plug.
Agitation is provided from a 25 mm. diameter shaft x 880 mm. long fitted with DUAL 4 off - E-400 blades. Blades are 128 mm. wide x 175 mm. long, angled at 45 degrees, that have a swept diameter of 360 mm. when expanded, due to the centrifugal force of rotation.
A fork liftable stainless steel RHS (box section) support framework spans the top of the IBC & 2 off - toggle clamps fix the unit rigidly to the IBC steel framework.
