1 off - USED 2300 gallon (10455 litres) nominal capacity vertical cylindrical stainless steel mixing vessel measuring 7'-5 7/8" I/D x 8'-0" straight shell height plus approximately 4" deep dished end. Free standing on 4 off - mild steel braced legs giving a clearance of 2' - 9" under the dish.
Agitation is by a 5 1/2" kW Electropower geared motor, model ESRV35? of 25.15/1 ratio giving a final output speed of 57 RPM to a 2 1/2" dia. shaft 6' - 6" long fitted with a 6 blade radial flow turbine of 2' - 10" dia. from 6" x 5/16" section mounted onto a 2' -1 1/2"dia. stabilised disc.  4 Off baffles of 9" x 1/4" section aid the fluid mixing. Heating is provided by a 1"?NB vertical spiral coil of 3 laps and 4 off panels of 22" width x 4' - 11" long.
