1 off - Used 2100 Gallon (9550 L) Grade 316 Stainless Steel Mixing Vessel measuring 8' - 3" inside dia. x 5' - 6" straight shell height (5' - 0" between tans) with 16" deep dishes at both ends. Supported on a mild steel skirt with 3" angle ring round the base giving an approx overall height of 14' - 0".  At the moment the vessel is fitted with a false bottom positioned at bottom shell seam, covered with a very fine mesh which is extended up the shell covering the internal helical coil fitted close to the shell wall.  Our intention would be to remove the false bottom and the structure covering the coil.
Agitation is by 4kW 1440 rpm originally flameproof BCP motor flange mounted onto Disco variable speed unit Type FV26/B5/A  which is flange mounted onto Electropower vertical gear Type ESR4.
116.81:1 Ratio giving a variable shaft speed of 1.4 to 8.5 rpm.  We feel this speed is too low for most applications and intend modifying the drive to suit a particular requirement.
2 3/4" Dia. Shaft fitted with single arm with 6 pivoted brushes again this would be modified to suit.

Thickness - 3/16" throughout (ultrasonic test)
