1 off- Used 66 gallon (300L) stainless steel Bulk Milk Tank/ jacketed mixing vessel
measuring 2'-8" inside dia. x 2'-0" straight shell height, with a flat sloping bottom and a loose full lid. Agitation is by a  Thrige 0.11kw dual wound1400 rpm motor, with speed reduction by a series of pulleys driving an off centre paddle agitator.

The vessel has a flat but sloping bottom and two drain points in base

All fully ground and polished internally and of Hygienic construction, suitable for food use.
Fully jacketed for cooling water circulation and insulated and clad.
