1 off - Used 1100 Gallon (5000 L) Stainless Steel (316 grade) Jacketed Mixing Vessels measuring:
5' - 5" outside dia. x 7' - 10 3/4" shell with 10 3/4" deep dished bottom and flat bolted top including hinged section. Jacketed in mild steel over the dished bottom and 5' - 9" of the shell.  Four supporting lugs fitted to the shell above the jacket.
Vertical geared motor agitator drive 2.2 kW 1420 rpm  flange mounted TEFC motor frame D100LA Radicon worm reduction universal mounting gearbox MA 610 - 7/1 Ratio giving a shaft speed of approximately 200 rpm.
1" Dia stainless steel shaft fitted with two 17" dia. 3 angle bladed paddles (blades from 2" x 1/4" flat bar). Vessel fitted with 3 x 6" wide baffles mounted off the shell and steady bearing in dished bottom.
