1 Off - Used 730 sq.ft.  stainless steel shell and tube heat exchanger with mild steel shell, 24" diameter x 12'-0" over the tubeplates, plus 2'-0" and 14" dished headers giving an overall dimension of 15'-2".  The shell is fitted with a single expansion bellows and two welded support cradles.
Fitted with 237 off 1" o/d x 1/8" thick tubes welded into tube plate in single pass configuration.
Constructed from 1/4" plate throughout.

Calculations for an increased working pressure suggest a new working pressure on shellside to be 150psi with a low design stress of  15,000 psi.
Retested both sides to 9 bar, 22/1/04 for working pressures both sides of 6 bar
